Warden · Shpaga Chat Moderator (https://yt.shpaga.party) · Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Warden ("the Service"), a private live chat moderation tool operated by Yaroslav Zakabluk, an independent developer based in Kyiv, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By signing in to or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service gives the moderators of a single YouTube channel a web dashboard for the live chat of that channel's own broadcasts. It reads the live chat through the YouTube Data API, detects messages that break the channel's chat rules, and lets moderators — or automatic rules configured by the channel — delete messages, time out or ban chat participants, and post messages through the channel's dedicated bot account. Moderators may optionally connect their own YouTube account to post chat messages under their own name; they are responsible for the messages they post that way.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of information obtained through the Service is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Service only to moderate the channel's live chat in good faith and in line with the YouTube Community Guidelines and the channel's rules. You must not:
Moderation actions taken through the Service are performed on YouTube by the channel's bot account and are recorded in the audit log together with the moderator who requested them. The channel remains responsible for its chat rules and for the automatic rules it configures. Actions depend on YouTube's systems and may be delayed or fail; the Service shows their status but cannot guarantee that YouTube will apply them.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, including when access to YouTube API Services changes or is limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or audience, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
We or the channel administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or the YouTube Terms of Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
